Traditional Usui Reiki. Pronounced 'ray-kee', REIKI means 'spiritually guided life force energy'. REIKi is an ancient healing tool that can be traced back thousands of years to India and Tibet. It was re-discovered in the late 1800's in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki is not a belief system, nor a doctrine of any kind. It is a pure, natural and powerful healing energy. Reiki benefits both the giver & the receiver, it heals the root cause as well as the symptoms, it can be used for any health condiiton, and can be learned & practiced by anyone. Reiki is an amazing tool for stress relief, relaxation and healing. It triggers the body's natural healing ability and can be used to treat any condition on any level - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
