In this course, students learn how to give hands-on treatments to themselves & others. Course includes certificate & manual for First & Second Degrees. This course qualifies as Continuing Education Units for Registered Massage Therapists.
'Reiki Refreshers' are offered for those who are already certified in either level. Cost for the class is $50 for my students or $75 for other students. Please email me or call me 226-688-7314 for more info.
Pronounced 'ray-kee', REIKI means 'spiritually guided life force energy'. REIKi is an ancient healing tool that can be traced back thousands of years to India and Tibet. It was re-discovered in the late 1800's in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki is not a belief system, nor a doctrine of any kind. It is a pure, natural and powerful healing energy that is passed on from a master to a student through an 'attunement'. This attunement, and the ability to do Reiki, lasts for life. Unlike other healing modalities, it does not require an applied or learned skill. Reiki benefits both the giver & the receiver, it heals the root cause as well as the symptoms, it can be used for any health condiiton, and can be learned & practiced by anyone. Reiki is taught in a series of levels known as 'degrees'.

I thoroughly enjoyed Heidi's Reiki class. I have learned a powerful healing technique which I use daily, especially for my chronic pain. Heidi's teaching style is easy to follow and she is always answers any questions you ask with insight and knowledge. I fully recommend Heidi's course and will eventually go back and pursue my level 2.

I had no idea how fabulous Reiki really is until today and I feel so fortune to have been trained by Heidi who I am sure must be one of the best in the biz. I did this training a few months ago and I honestly use it almost every day!! It's a part of my life and such a powerful tool to apply to every area of my life. My kids love it too. They constantly ask me to Reiki them whenever they are not feeling great or when they just want some extra "mojo". I highly suggest this program. I loved it so much I immediately signed up for and took 2nd Degree training. Thank you Heidi. Thank you Reiki!
