We all need validation, acceptance, and a non-judgmental perspective which allows us to understand ourselves in a healthy way. We also need tools that help us to communicate and to relate to one another, and that help us to forge a new clear path.
My role is to support you - by being present, holding space, witnessing, sharing knowledge and helping you to build valuable lifelong skill sets that apply to every area of your life.
For 24 years, I have been a Counsellor, with a BA in Psychology and graduate training in Counselling. I am highly empathic, with a deep and unique understanding of our human nature, and a highly trained intuitive ability that helps to support our process.
My work is holistic, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. As a Cptsd survivor who holds 5 different marginalized identities, I work hard to ensure that you receive the inclusive, informed, considerate care and support that you need.
Please note: Counselling sessions are designed to address everyday issues in everyday life, for those individuals who have made a conscious commitment to their personal growth. They are not designed to address crisis, addiction or significant psychiatric issues. Sessions are for adults only. I do not deal with crisis or emergency situations and I am not ‘on call’. All appointments are booked well in advance.
