Product Description

This personal development group meets for 2 hours once per week, for 4 weeks.

Self-hypnosis is easy to learn and highly effective for reducing stress levels on a daily basis & triggering a relaxation response. Stress reduction significantly benefits your physical, emotional & mental health. Participants notice positive changes in relationships as well as work satisfaction & productivity.

Space is limited so please register early.
